Wither Thou?

Back in September the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Board of Directors voted to consider expanding to 16 teams by 2012-13. And with Minot State and the University of Sioux Falls applying for membership in NCAA Division II, speculation has been that the Beavers and the Cougars would be the schools most-likely to be next on the docket for admittance.
